Sharing your course experience helps other students make informed decisions. Here's how to add a comprehensive review.
Getting Started
1. Navigate to the Course
- Find the course you want to review using the search or browse functions
- Click on the course to go to its detail page
2. Access the Review Form
- On the course detail page, look for the "Add Review" button
- You must be logged in to add reviews
- You can only review courses you have completed
Writing Your Review
Review Components
Your review consists of several important sections:
1. Basic Information
- Review Title: A brief title summarizing your experience
- Semester Taken: Select the semester and year you completed the course
- Instructor: Choose the lecturer(s) you had for the course, there will be a recommended list based on the course's offering history. But you can also add a new instructor if they are not listed.
2. Assessments / Materials
- Assessments: Describe the types of assessments (exams, assignments, projects), you can tick the ones that apply to your course.
- If you tick "Other", please describe the assessment type in the Workload section.
3. Categories Comments and Ratings
We have four categories for you to rate and comment on:
- Content Quality: How well-structured and relevant was the course material?
- Teaching Quality: How effective were the lectures and teaching methods?
- Assessment Fairness: Were exams and assignments fair and well-designed?
- Workload: How manageable was the amount of work required?
For each category, you can provide:
- Rating: A score from A to F
- Comment: A detailed explanation of your rating
Writing Tips
- Be specific: Include details about assignments, exams, and course structure
- Be balanced: Mention both positive and negative aspects
- Be helpful: Focus on information that would help future students
- Be respectful: Avoid personal attacks on instructors or other students
- Include context: Mention your background or year level if relevant

After Submitting
- Your review will be visible to other students immediately
- You can edit or delete your review later if needed
- Reviews help build a community resource for all students
Review Moderation
Reviews are monitored to ensure they remain helpful and appropriate. Reviews may be removed if they:
- Contain inappropriate content
- Include personal attacks
- Violate academic integrity
- Contain false information
